  1. 1. 160# max today, failed 180# twice (PR is 185#)
    2. Went up to 175#
    3. Couldn't front squat

    Felt super slow and lower back is extremely sore from the snatch pulls with 5 sec return to the floor.
    Is it normal to feel that way?
