Snatch
5 sets of 1 rep with 2 minutes of rest with 75% 1rm


Clean and Jerk
5 sets of 1 rep with 2 minutes of rest with 75% 1RM

Front Squat
3 sets of 1 rep with 2 minutes and 30 seconds rest use same weight as last week
