Week 2 Day 2


Power Clean
5 sets of 3 reps with 2 minutes rest



Clean Pull (Go up fast and come down in 5 seconds with an arched back)
5 sets of 3 reps with 2 minutes and 30 seconds rest

  1. Hey James, are there any drills to help jerking with fingertips? I can seem to only jerk heavy by grasping the bar, but having trouble cleaning it that way...

    1. Try putting your elbows under the bar for the dip drive. Not sure what your jerk looks like though, do you have a video?

    1. The main thing I would say is to try to find something to look at and keep looking at it the whole time (on the clean).
      On the jerk I would try lowering your elbows before the dip drive and protract your shoulder so the bar has a nice shelf to sit on.
