Hey James, are there any drills to help jerking with fingertips? I can seem to only jerk heavy by grasping the bar, but having trouble cleaning it that way...
The main thing I would say is to try to find something to look at and keep looking at it the whole time (on the clean). On the jerk I would try lowering your elbows before the dip drive and protract your shoulder so the bar has a nice shelf to sit on.

ReplyDeleteTry putting your elbows under the bar for the dip drive. Not sure what your jerk looks like though, do you have a video?
