Power Snatch (1st from the Hang, 2nd from the floor)
3 sets of 2 reps with 2 minutes



Snatch Pull (Up fast down in 5 seconds with arched back: not like video its just funny)
3 sets of 3 reps with 2 minutes and 30 seconds rest
