What's the best way to recover on this program?
ReplyDeleteDue to it's neurological demand things that help your nervous system recover will work the best. Getting to sleep early (10pm-2am specifically), Fish oil, Chiropractic, and protein in the morning are all things that will help your nervous system recover faster.
