Snatch From the Floor
1 rep on the minute for 10 minutes about 60-70%


Push Press from behind the Neck
1 set of 5 reps with 2 minutes rest between sets
use more weight than last week


Pendlay Row
1 set of 5 reps with 2 minutes rest between sets
use more weight than last week


Prone Sweeping Exercise
1 set of 10 reps with 2 minutes of rest
stay light
